Step 1: Pre-Inspection
Our service technician will inspect the upholstery, noting fabric type and any soiled areas. He or she will also advise you of any possible permanent staining. Since we do not use subcontractors and only employ certified technicians, you can rest assured we will make the right recommendation for your situation.
Step 2: Pre-Vacuum
We thoroughly vacuum your upholstery to remove dry soil. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.
Step 3: Floor Protection
We apply absorbent materials to protect your carpet and wood floors.
Step 4: Pre-Spray and Pre-Spot
We pre-spray your fabric with special cleaning compounds specifically designed for your fabric type and soil condition. This step loosens the soil to make rinsing more effective.
Step 5: Pre-Agitate
Our service technician works the pre-spray into the fabric with a soft towel or gentle-bristle brush designed for this use. The pre-agitate gently lifts soil from your upholstery without damaging the fabric.
Step 6: Rinse & Extract
Once we have loosened the soil, we will thoroughly flush the fabric with our specially designed upholstery extraction tools. This step sanitizes and deodorizes fabric. Our service technicians regulate the water pressure so that your upholstery fabric is not left sopping wet.
Step 7: Neutralize, Deodorize & Protect
Every piece that we clean is pH balanced so there is no sticky residue. This treatment is applied as a rinse through the machine during Step 6 or as a separate step after rinsing depending on soil conditions.
Step 8: Post Inspection
